Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike in Canada, shipping times may be impacted. While you will still select a Canada Post shipping option during checkout, we may switch your order to UPS to ensure faster delivery. Canadian Orders

• Enjoy free shipping on orders of $200 CAD or more before taxes.
• For orders under $200 CAD, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

U.S. Orders:

• Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
• Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods or holidays.

Delivery Times

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Canada Post provides estimated delivery timelines during the checkout process.

Lost Packages and Insurance

• Customers have the option to purchase shipping insurance during checkout.
• If a package is lost in transit and shipping insurance was not purchased, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package through the Canada Post website. If we switch your shipment to UPS due to the Canada Post strike, a new tracking number will be emailed to you.

Customs and Duties

• Canadian Orders: No customs or duties will apply.
• U.S. Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred upon delivery.
