In-Store Returns:
Regular-Priced Items:
- Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase due to limited inventory availability.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Sale Items:
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Online Returns:
- Items must be received by Gayle's Fashions within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Returns received after 10 days will not be honoured.
- International customers are responsible for any applicable duty charges.
Refunds:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a few days.

Exchanges:
- Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
